Guide for the seller

  • -Ekokirppis is not responsible for lost, damaged, broken, or stolen goods, but will do it's best to prevent such situations.
  • -Tidying up the booth helps selling the goods and increases overall amenity.
  • -It's adviced to keep your booth filled with goods during the contract. You can bring new goods to the booth at the latest 30 minutes before the closing time.
  • -At the end of the contract the left-over goods may be donated to Ekokirppis or a charity if the customer wishes so.
  • -Prepare to prove your identity when withdrawing your comission.
  • -Withdrawing your comission may be done once a week or at the end of the contract. Withdrawals over 300€ may only be wire-transferred.
  • -You can park your vehicle in the front of the entrance for the duration of delivering or collecting your goods.
  • -We unfortunately cannot sell a product with no price tags, overwritten tags, badly damaged tags, destroyed tags, or "Do-It-Youself -tags", so it's adviced to tag your goods appropriately.
  • -You may also attach the tag to a piece of cardboard or carton that is then attached to the clothes. Plastic fasteners for attaching price tags to clothes are also available at our store.
  • -Please attach the tags to the goods properly. If the object or a piece of clothing has a loop or a string, the price tag should be folded in half around the string. Keep in mind that the barcode in the tag should be unobstructed and fully readable.
  • -The goods are priced with Ekokirppis' own price tags.
  • -The goods may be delivered to our store the day before the start of the contract, at the latest 30 minutes before the closing time. The booth must be emptied at the final day of the contract, at the latest 1 hour before the closing time.
